Yahoo Email Users See Their Data Breach Claims Trimmed

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 4:46 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday trimmed claims brought by email users against Yahoo Inc. in a consolidated class action stemming from the hacks of some 3 billion email accounts, finding that they could sue for punitive damages in only a few instances.
