We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with extensive experience in software development, leadership, and third-party risk management technologies to lead our groundbreaking IMMUNE X-TPRM platform. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has a proven track record in advanced cybersecurity and risk management solutions.
As the CTO at Responsible Cyber, you will be pivotal in defining the strategic technological roadmap and leading the development of IMMUNE X-TPRM. This platform sets itself apart by offering comprehensive risk assessments across financial, ESG, privacy, and cyber risks, and integrates advanced AI for dynamic data collection. Your leadership will ensure that our solutions not only meet current industry standards but also define them.
Responsibilities
Strategic Technology Leadership: Craft and execute a clear vision for our technology that aligns with business objectives, focusing on innovation in third-party risk management.
Advanced Product Development: Oversee the enhancement of IMMUNE X-TPRM, ensuring it remains ahead of competitors like Panorays, Prevalent, OneTrust, and BitSight by integrating cutting-edge technologies and expanding its capabilities.
Architecture Oversight: Lead the architectural enhancement of IMMUNE X-TPRM to support comprehensive assessments across all supply chain tiers, including advanced features for IoT and OT risk management.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing tech team to innovate and maintain our technology solutions at the forefront of the industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and cybersecurity experts to refine product features and integrate user feedback into product development cycles.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that all technological practices adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance, setting industry benchmarks in risk assessment and management.
Innovative Problem Solving: Foster a culture of innovation that encourages problem-solving and the exploration of new technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.
Requisites
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in technology development, with at least 3 years as a technology leader in risk management or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Python, Django, React, and other modern development frameworks.
Strong background in designing and deploying large-scale software solutions, particularly those involving complex data systems and AI-driven functionalities.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management principles.
Experience with IoT and OT technologies, and an ability to integrate these into holistic risk management solutions.
Proven success in leading technology teams in a startup environment, driving them to meet tight deadlines and innovate continuously.
